Flashing Lights
For this series I wanted to play around with different colored lights and shadows. I knew that my focus for this series was going to be around the assorted colored lights, but I also wanted there to be a meaning to the photos. I wanted to show some of the feelings that people around me have been experiencing in my personal life. a lot of them have been feeling not confident in their bodies especially during sexual intercourse. which is why a lot of these photos have a very sexual aspect to them. I could have just taken very sexual photos of my models, but I wanted there to be more to the story of it which is why in a lot of the photos my model's face is covered whether it is with their hands or with a piece of cloth. I wanted this to be the not confident aspect to it and how they been hiding from confronting their selfs . Overall, this project was fun to shoot the only hard part with shooting was managing to capture photos that were not too dark but also not too bright that we could not see the different colored lights.
